Happy Holidays to all! Now that we are all filled up with turkey and dressing it is time to think of the next change in season. Let us know your favorite holiday GOODIE to make. Share your favorite recipe with all the other "Marigals" on our blog. My favorite is a recipe that Susie uses to make "Kahlua Brownies". Follow these simple instructions for a delicious dessert!
1 pkg Brownie Mix, 13x9 inch pan size
1/2 cup Kahlua
1/2 cup Oil
2 Eggs
Icing: 1/2 cup Butter, softened
2 cups Powdered Sugar
1 tsp Instant Coffee and 2 tbsp Kahlua, warmed together
1/2 tsp Vanilla
2-3 tbsp Milk
Drizzle: 1 oz Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 tsp Shortening
Mix together brownie ingredients and bake in greased pan for 30 minutes at 300 degrees. Cool. Mix together icing ingredients and spread over top of cooled brownies. Melt together remaining ingredients and drizzle over top of icing.
Elizabeth these sound wonderful. I am making these for my girl weekend, this week end. See you tonight.
