Center of Wellness for Urban Women (CWUW) is a wonderful Indianapolis nonprofit organization that supports and empowers women and families. Their goal is to teach women to maintain their 7 dimensions of Wellness (physical, emotional, spiritual, environmental, occupational, social, and intellectual wellness) through various interventions and programs including both traditional and alternative therapies, nutrition counseling, walking programs and more.
